We want to change the world and have a great impact on the world labor market
In the world, there are 3.5bln of workers. In the next 10 years, we want to have an impact on 1% of them (35mln). In the next 3 years, on one million people.
We want to disrupt a specific sector with technology and innovation. As all of us know, the great resignations are affecting the European job market. More than 40% of workers declare they would like to resign from their jobs. Every time it happens, companies lose more than 13k due to resignation costs.
They resign for three main reasons:
Thatโs why Pack was born. We want to build a way to assess people's potential and build customized development paths around them.

Mamba mentality is about 4 a.m. workouts, doing more than the next guy and then trusting in the work youโve put in when itโs time to perform. Without studying, preparation and practice, you leave the outcome to fate. I donโt do fate. Mamba Mentality is about approaching life with the same intensity, focus, and dedication that Kobe brought to the game of basketball. It's about setting high standards for yourself, pushing beyond your limits, and never backing down from a challenge.

<aside> ๐ OUR STORY ๐ค March 2021. Pandemic, second wave.
Companies are changing: great resignations, smart working, internal communication problems. A young guy is starting his internship in a famous multinational.
The period is complex: colleagues are resigning, managers are switching roles, confusion is dominating the work environment.
After a few weeks, he feels bad. He does not have a real guide inside the organization and he is not feeling the cultural fit with company's challenges. He is thinking about resigning from his dream job.
Everything changes when the young guy meets Andrea. Andrea is a great professional; he has worked in top tier companies for more than 10 years. Andrea decides to support the young guy in his development process and becomes his mentor.
After a few months, everything has changed. The young guy feels valued and understands the importance of his role. He becomes a key people and takes many responsibilities at an international level.
That young guy was me.
That's why I built a platform to support people growth.
