We want to change the world and have a great impact on the world labor market
In the world, there are 3.5bln of workers. In the next 10 years, we want to have an impact on 1% of them (35mln). In the next 3 years, on one million people.
We want to disrupt a specific sector with technology and innovation. As all of us know, the great resignations are affecting the European job market. More than 40% of workers declare they would like to resign from their jobs. Every time it happens, companies lose more than 13k due to resignation costs.
