Everyone has free unlimited holidays

Yeah…I know…It seems impossible.

But it is true!

What you should know about it: 🔍

• If you are an employee

The HR will randomly put the holidays stipulated in your employment contract for you, so that the balance between accumulated holidays and holidays taken is always zero.

So, you can take the amount of holiday that you want.

But, please, make sure that the days you are taking:

• don’t contrast the achievement of your goals ✅

• do not take days that would put your team in trouble ❌

• have been communicated in advance to the rest of the team for better organisation ✅

• If you are a freelancer

Neither you and us don’t have to do anything, as long as you are a freelancer.

So, you can take the amount of holiday that you want during the all year long.

But, please, make sure that the days you are taking:

For long vacations, the best time is August, especially if you are a salesperson 💸

If you are a DEV💻 or an OPS 🚀, make sure that there is always a person that can be reached for emergency from mentees/coaches and for fix bugs and other problems.
