These moments are super special
We try to plan a retreat every six month.
Usually, it is a 4/5 day period in a place somewhere mainly in Italy and Spain.
We spend the days working and doing some fun activities (make connection, structure the team, quality time together ecc.)
Past retreats:
Events are a good opportunity to meet the teams and spend time together as well.
We try to make all the team partecipate at some events that can be interesting for them and allows them to explore also this opportunity inside Pack.
We think that everyone can represent the company and not only the cofounder.

As far as we have an office in Barcelona, we want to allow people to come here whenever they want!
So, if you are working from Italy or another place that is not Barcelona, we can manage and let you come to the office when you want.
For this, we created a database where people that are living in Barcelona can insert rooms available for a certain period.
