Participants: Everyone

Objective:

• Share key company updates and progress
• Celebrate milestones and people success
• Create space for open questions (Q&A)
• Make it “the moment” for the company, a space to show achievements, communicate big news, and let teams present important milestones. Each All Hands should feel inspiring and worth attending.

Format:

1. Pre-shared team updates on Notion
2. Company updates & announcements
3. Open Q&A
4. Shoutouts and celebrations
