This page defines how we use meetings at Pack.

Meetings are not a default.

They are tools for alignment, execution, and decision-making.

If a meeting does not create clarity, accountability, or leverage — it should not exist.

🧡 1. All Hands

Frequency: Bi-weekly

Duration: 45 minutes

Owner: Head of Staff

Participants: Everyone

Objective:

• Share key company updates and progress
• Celebrate milestones and people success
• Create space for open questions (Q&A)
• Make it “the moment” for the company, a space to show achievements, communicate big news, and let teams present important milestones. Each All Hands should feel inspiring and worth attending.

Format:
