Our recruiting process can vary but usually includes 5 main steps:

  1. Resume check: After having checked your resume and verified your answers to the technical questions on the application form, we will contact you to give you our feedback

  2. Call with your hiring buddy: introductory call to describe Pack and to understand if there is a match with our values

  3. Technical interview: an interview with the position referent, the person with whom you will be most in contact

  4. Personal fit interview with the two Co-founders

After these 4 steps, you will be welcomed into our team!
