About the role
This is a perfect position for:

We are a team of 12 people with an average age of 27 y.o.. We are looking for someone who wants to become an Operation Specialist in the startup world and experience a very dynamic environment.
They will handle basic client support and management tasks for clients, users, mentors and coaches. They will focus on issue resolution, process documentation, and monitoring client feedback to identify improvement areas.
Moreover, we like people with an entrepreneurial spirit who are willing to get their hands dirty by challenging the status quo and bringing innovation with their ideas.

Main Activities
- Collaborate with the CPO and the Operation Specialist to ensure the seamless execution of business operations and strategies.
- Assist in managing and optimizing internal processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Work closely with the ops and customer success teams to maintain high levels of user and client satisfaction/retention.
- Analyze user feedback and data to identify areas for improvement in our products or services.
- Contribute to the development of user success strategies and initiatives.
- Manage and nurture the network of professionals within our ecosystem, fostering valuable relationships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and drive improvements in operations.
- Prepare regular reports and updates on key operational and user success metrics.
