We are a team of 30 people with an average age of 27 y.o.. We are looking for someone who wants to become an Operation Specialist in the startup world and experience a very dynamic environment.
They will handle basic client support and management tasks for clients, users, mentors and coaches. They will focus on issue resolution, process documentation, and monitoring client feedback to identify improvement areas.
Moreover, we like people with an entrepreneurial spirit who are willing to get their hands dirty by challenging the status quo and bringing innovation with their ideas.
