WHY WE NEED YOUR HELP

About the role

Responsibilities

You're at the center of our client growth engine. Your job is to ensure customers unlock real business value, and to drive strategic conversations that lead to renewals and expansion.

• Own the full customer lifecycle, from onboarding to renewal
• Identify growth opportunities and lead upsell/expansion conversations
• Guide strategic discussions with HR and business leaders to align our solution with their goals
• Track and report on key commercial KPIs (upsell rate, churn, renewal rate, managed ARR)
• Collect and leverage feedback to inform product improvements
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Build long-term relationships based on trust, ROI, and impact

📈 What success looks like in 6 months

• You’ve taken full ownership of several customer accounts and managed at least one strategic renewal
• You’ve closed at least one upsell opportunity by demonstrating business value
• You’ve built strong relationships with key decision-makers across 3+ client companies
• You’re actively contributing to the refinement of our CS processes and playbook
• You’ve established yourself as a trusted advisor, not just a project coordinator
