• Align product development with company objectives and business strategy.
• Collaborate closely with the operations team and key stakeholders to shape the product vision.

2️⃣ Product Development & Execution

• Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle from ideation to launch.
• Work closely with engineering, design, and operations teams to deliver high-quality features.
• Manage backlog prioritization and ensure timely execution.
• Define and track KPIs to measure product success and impact.

3️⃣ User Experience & Research

• Conduct user research and testing to ensure customer needs are met.
• Gather insights from customers, stakeholders, and data to improve the product continuously.
• Champion a customer-centric approach to product decision-making.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with user expectations and business goals.

4️⃣ Cross-functional Collaboration

• Align with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to optimize the user journey and drive adoption.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams.
